Saradha has been a Counsellor, Therapist, Clinical Supervisor, Trainer, Tutor and a Resource Person in Singapore for more than 25 years.

She has extensive experience in supporting individuals, parents, and children in managing their challenges due to loss, bereavement, divorce, intrapersonal issues, interpersonal relationships and parenting issues. She has been supporting the individuals and families through counselling, therapy, support groups, talks and workshops.

Saradha has been providing Clinical Supervision – Individual and Group – for the Counsellors, other helping professionals and the students who are pursuing studies in Counselling in the community. She was a Tutor for courses in Psychology and Counselling.

Saradha has collaborated with different organisations in the community and educational institutions in enhancing the skills of the Students, Professionals and Volunteers in supporting the people’s holistic well-being.  

She has done research on family issues and developed programmes based on the research and the families’ needs. She has developed, implemented and evaluated programs to ensure they are effective and viable, focusing on desired outcomes. She has provided consultancy to other organizations on family needs and effective intervention strategies.

She has created standards for various programs and carried out evaluation procedures to ensure to meet the required criteria. She has the experience of designing systems to evaluate regularly these programs and make necessary revisions based on the reviews, ensuring continuous improvement.

Saradha has been involved in different work groups in the community focusing on enhancing counselling skills of the professionals and strengthening families.

Specialist Diploma in Satir’s Transformational Systemic Therapy Model

SUSS-IAL Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)

Certified Therapist in the Foundations of Neuroscience and Satir in Sand Tray

Certified Grief Recovery Specialist of the Grief Recovery Institute

Certificate in Supervision Training for the Social Services
